An extremely creative and pristine BIER crafted Silver Mayim Achronim set. This Mayim Achronim set - literally translated as last waters, Features a washing cup and bowl with a hammered design, both made of 925 sterling silver and 24k gold plating.
Mayim Achronim set is used for washing the hands at the conclusion of a festive meal and before the grace after meals.
The set consists of 2 parts - a water cup that hangs on a hook attached to the center of a half-inch-thick silver arch that is attached to the sides of an oval bowl to which the water is poured. The pouring is done by a slight push of the cup while still hanging on the arch and thus the water is stored in the bottom bowl.
A truly unique and authentic piece that makes for a meaningful gift for Bar Mitzvahs, Weddings, family heirlooms, house-warming or other special occasions.
